इस पत्रिका का संपादन, डिजाइन, प्रकाशन और संपूर्ण संचालन एक ही व्यक्ति द्वारा, निजी संसाधनों एवं सीमित साधनों के माध्यम से अक्टूबर 2015 से किया जा रहा है।
यह प्रयास इस विश्वास पर आधारित है कि—
